There are so many techniques and software on the market that we can be lost by too many choices. I personally have found more than 150 ones !

What I propose is a quick and easy method to get the best of your teams ideas and have everybody aligned in no more than 2 * 2 hours meetings !

This method is an "industrial" guide.

I personally don't think that companies have so much time to spend on 80% of the problems they are facing.

 Why spend 20 hours with classical methods when you can shortcut the process and get the results ?

"Do I have the guarantee that it will work for me?"

I can't give you an absolute guarantee. This method is a tool but you still have to use your energy (Yes... you still have to think ;-) )

What I can guarantee is that in the majority, you will save lots of hours and headaches by aligning all your team with your best ideas without arguing.

The problem is not that teams don't have ideas, the problem is that people have too many ideas far away from the problem.

With some creativity methods, the scope is so open and fuzzy that people will try to "think out of the box" with some delirious ideas.

I have nothing about delirious ideas, we need some of them, but in an industrial environment, what we are looking for is some practical How-to advices and processes.

And in 99% of the case, this is what will make the difference. Let the delirious ideas to the 1% left.

"How long will it take ?"

 Reading the method will take about 2 hours. I've put some riddles and exercises so you can practice during those 2 hours and have some fun discovering how to apply the method.

Then for a project, typically,  2 sessions of 2 hours are enough to, first, raise ideas and, second, rank them.

Everybody in our diverse world : business leaders, employees, managers, coaches, consultants, teachers, entrepreneurs...!

More generally, people of many ages, nationalities, and backgrounds.

Everybody can innovate. The question is "how much" you can innovate.
